In recent hours, police have received several reports of thefts from vehicles. On two occasions, officers arrived in time to apprehend suspects.
On the evening of Tuesday, 21 April, a person was reported in Munsbach for attempting to open car doors. A police patrol responded to the scene and arrested the suspect. An official report was filed.
Shortly afterwards, two individuals were reported on Rue Pierre Dupong in Bettembourg for entering a vehicle and searching it. A police patrol attended the scene and apprehended the two suspects during the search. An official report was drawn up at the request of the public prosecutor's office.
