The 25th edition of Télévie broadcast raised over €1.5 million for cancer research and brought a wave of emotions, as it marked the final edition for both Caroline Mart and Diane Wunsch.
Mart had presented the show since its very first edition, and this was her last time in front of the camera. Similarly, Wunsch, who served as coordinator for the past 11 years, is set to retire and will hand over her responsibilities over the course of the year.
Behind the show lies a significant amount of work, most of which takes place behind the scenes. Organisation, planning, and coordination unfold over many months.
Télévie has been organised in Luxembourg since 2002. Over these 25 years, the initiative has raised more than €32 million for cancer research. In 2026, the total reached €1,521,863.
Beyond the substantial funds collected over the years, Télévie is also about solidarity. Volunteers, cancer patients, and their families carry the initiative forward. After 25 years, its goal remains unchanged: supporting research and giving hope.
