On Monday evening, two people were injured in two separate road accidents, while a fire broke out in Ernzen, which only resulted in material damage.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) were called to several incidents across Luxembourg on Monday evening, including two road accidents and a fire in Ernzen.

At around 6pm, a car caught fire on Route de Pétange in Niederkorn, leaving one person injured. Firefighters from Sanem-Differdange and an ambulance from Esch-sur-Alzette were dispatched to the scene.

Shortly after 6pm, two cars collided on the A13 motorway Luxembourg between the Ehlerange and Aessen tunnels. According to CGDIS, one person was injured. Firefighters from Esch-sur-Alzette and Käerjeng, as well as an ambulance from Schifflange, attended the incident.

At around 11.20pm, firefighters from Heffingen, Consdorf, and Larochette were called after a fire broke out in a room of a house on Rue de Larochette in Ernzen. An ambulance from Larochette was also dispatched. According to the CGDIS, no one was injured in the fire.
