A new collective agreement has been signed at the drinks distributor Munhowen, securing pay increases and additional benefits for 220 to 230 employees.
On Tuesday morning, the Luxembourg Confederation of Christian Trade Unions (LCGB) and the Independent Luxembourg Trade Union Confederation (OGBL) announced that the agreement was signed on 3 April. The new collective agreement is retroactive to 1 January 2026 and remains valid until the end of 2027.
Under the agreement, employees will benefit from two pay increases, bonuses, and additional leave days depending on seniority.
