A serious traffic accident occurred on 31 August at around 11.25pm on Avenue John F. Kennedy in Kirchberg, when a pedestrian was struck by a tram.
The victim sustained serious injuries and, after receiving first aid at the scene, was taken to hospital for further treatment.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
